About Jamoc & Andy Fitch

Hi, I’m Andy. I’m a software engineer, technology leader, and coach with 30+ years of experience across 65 programming languages — including deep work in cloud, AI-enhanced systems, and interactive 3D (Unity, .NET, Azure, XR).

I founded Jamoc (Just A Matter Of Code) in 1996 as a way to build great software and partner on meaningful projects. Since then, I’ve helped create and scale products for enterprise companies, early-stage startups, and everything in between. Through Jamoc and my work at BioLynx and Aspect, I acted as a founding engineer or CTO for at least seven startups — building MVPs, platforms, and full-stack systems often under the direction of angel investors.

In hindsight, it was a venture studio before I even knew the term.

While I still occasionally take on side projects through Jamoc, my current focus is on full-time technical leadership roles — ideally at a modern venture studio or product company. I'm especially interested in building AI-integrated, cloud-native systems that scale cleanly and serve real human needs.
